THREE RIVERS WINE TRAIL
|
The Three Rivers Wine Trail is Minnesota's first wine trail and is comprised of six Minnesota wineries all located within the St. Croix, Mississippi, and Cannon River valleys. Wine lovers can spend a day or a weekend on the trail visiting wineries amid lush valley scenery and sampling high-quality, locally produced wines. VINEYARD and WINERY TOURS |

Interested in learning more about how grapes are grown in Minnesota and how wine is made? Then take a tour of Saint Croix Vineyards winery!
We offer both public and private tours of our vineyard and winery throughout most of the year.
|
Public tours are held at 1:00 p.m. on the first and third Saturday of each month from May to December. These are free to the public and no reservations are required. Tours last approximately 45 minutes and offer a behind-the-scenes look at the vineyards (weather-permitting) and the winery.
Public tours will take place on the following dates in 2008:

Saturday, September 6th (tours at 12, 2 and 4pm) & September 20th (1pm tour)

Private tours are the perfect event for company or social outings and for special occasions.

Private tours are offered by appointment only and can be scheduled any day from mid-April to December 31st. We do not offer tours on Saturdays and Sundays during the months of September and October. Please book your tour at least 2 weeks ahead of your desired date (651-430-3310). We limit groups to 50 participants per event.

Tour pricing: a flat rate of $150 for one to ten people; each additional person (over the first ten) are charged $10 per person. (For example, 14 people are charged $150 plus 4 x $10 = $40 for a total cost of $190). A $150 deposit will be required to hold your time and date. No tour is finalized until we receive your deposit. Missing a scheduled tour will result in the loss of your deposit. You may reschedule a tour up to 48 hours prior to the start of the tour.

Private tours offer a behind-the-scenes look at our vineyards (weather-permitting) and the wine production facilities. Highlights include bulk wine aging in our cooler, our fermentation room and laboratory, barrel aging, and our automated bottling line. Tours start with a glass of wine for the tour, and are completed by a tasting of our wines complimented with cheese, crackers and fruit.

 GRAPE STOMP 2008
|
Please join us Saturday and Sunday, September 6th and 7th, 2008, for Saint Croix Vineyards 9th Annual Grape Stomp!
It's free and fun for the whole family! Take a turn stomping grapes the old-fashioned way or let your kids give it a try. Prizes will be awarded to those with the best grape-stomping style (as determined by audience applause).
Bring a picnic, take a tour of the vineyard and winery, listen to live music, and, of course, enjoy our award-winning wines!
Grape stomping competitions for both kids and adults will be held at approximately 1:00, 3:00, and 5:00 each day. A drawing will be held to determine who will compete in the competitions...please enter your name in the drawing when you arrive (no pre-registration required/accepted).
Vineyard/winery tours will take place at approximately 12:00, 2:00, & 4:00 each day (no pre-registration required/accepted).
Live music from 12:00 to 4:00 each day.
Complimentary wine sampling from 10:00 - 6:00 Saturday and 12:00 - 6:00 Sunday.

You'll receive 10% off the price of the case and be invited to our Case Club Party scheduled for Friday, December 5th and Saturday, December 6th, 2008 (choose one of the two nights to attend).
The Case Club Party is an event you don't want to miss. We celebrate the holiday season with live music, winery tours, delicious hors d'oeuvers and, of course, wine!
