Shipping Policies

Non-wine products can be shipped to any state, but may be shipped separately from your wine order. An additional shipping fee may apply for non-wine items.

Online wine orders can take 1 - 3 days to be processed and up to an additional 3 - 5 days to be shipped via Fed Ex Ground. If you require expedited delivery, please email the winery at orders@scvwines.com prior to your order, additional charges  will apply. 

Federal law requires all wine shipments to be ordered by, received by and signed for by a person that is at least 21 years old. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. Fed Ex will not leave wine at an address without an adult signature. 

Saint Croix Vineyards is not responsible for return shipping charges. If your package is undeliverable, you will be assessed the return charges.

Shipping prices include packaging and handling.

Wine shipments may not be made to P.O. boxes.  Please verify that the address you are shipping to may receive these shipments.

Please note that wine will not be shipped in extreme cold or hot temperatures.  We reserve the right to hold the shipments until the weather is acceptable for safe shipping of wine.

All wine purchases occur in Minnesota and ownership passes directly to the buyer of the product.  Appropriate Minnesota sales and liquor tax will apply to each purchase. By placing an order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages.
