Breathe in the fresh vineyard air, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and flow into a deeper connection with yourself and nature. Yoga in the Vines is more than a class—it’s an experience of presence, peace, and pure enjoyment.

Led by Live Your Truth Yoga Founder E RYT-500 Sarah Cherry, this 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa flow is designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul.

After practice, you’ll be invited to linger, sip, and savor a glass of Saint Croix Vineyards wine, soaking in the beauty of the vines.

This experience, priced at $33 pp, includes:

A thoughtfully guided 60 minute Vinyasa flow yoga class rooted in functional movement & inspired themes.

Gentle breathwork (Pranayama) to release stress & restore balance.

A soothing Mini Sound Bath Savasana with singing bowls, ocean drum, & chimes.

A glass of wine, wine slushy, or N/A beverage

Saint Croix Vineyards' Annual Grape Stomp! Minnesota's ORIGINAL stomp. The oldest and the best!
It's free and fun for the whole family! Take a turn stomping grapes the old-fashioned way or let your kids give it a try. Prizes will be awarded to those with the best grape-stomping style (as determined by audience applause). Stomp grapes or just cheer on the competitors. Take a tour of the vineyard and winery, listen to great live music, relax with a free mini-massage, have some food, and of course, enjoy our delicious award-winning wines!

Grape stomping competitions at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. 

Everyone will get a chance to stomp grapes between competitions!
