About the event
A special holiday-edition class, offered only during the Christmas season. Together we’ll mix a beautiful Christmas Sourdough Loaf with orange zest, rosemary, cranberries, and walnuts. You’ll also make a dehydrated sourdough starter ornament and learn creative ways to gift sourdough this season, from sharing your starter to wrapping homemade loaves for friends and family.
We’ll add extra holiday cheer with Christmas music and raffle drawings for sourdough-themed prizes. Wear your favorite Christmas sweater or apron and bring a friend (each guest needs their own ticket).
No sourdough experience needed. I’ll walk you through every step, from feeding your starter to shaping and baking at home. If you’ve taken one of my classes before, this festive edition is a fun way to build on your skills with holiday flavors and gifting ideas you won’t get in my regular classes.
